Acceptance of Terms. By using https://kadinaprowash.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Kadina Pro Wash markets and arranges Commercial Pressure Washing, Deck Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning, Fence Washing, Graffiti Removal, Vinyl Siding Cleaning, Walkway Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Kadina Pro Wash (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Kadina Pro Wash may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Kadina Pro Wash does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Kadina Pro Wash arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Kadina Pro Wash harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Updates. Kadina Pro Wash reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
